Our 2010 Beneficiary: Winners Circle Educational Program

All About Omaha’s Board of Directors is proud to announce this years Beneficiary for the 2010 Torchlight Ball, Winners Circle Educational Program. We are very excited to be able to help out such a wonderful organization, and look forward to working with them over the next few months.

The goal of Winners Circle Educational Program is to improve access to educational opportunities through a program of early intervention that targets Title One elementary schools. They believe that by providing at risk students with goal setting life skills, at an early age along with rewards and positive feedback from classroom volunteers for academic achievement and good citizenship, they will establish the foundation for subsequent educational success beyond high school. Winners Circle has grown to serve 12 elementary schools, over 4,200 students and has over 250 volunteers. http://www.winners-circle.org/
